Shipping:  Most orders are shipped via the USPS.  Larger orders may be sent via Fed-ex ground.  For a limited time, there is a flat shipping rate of $4.00 for any size order!  Free delivery with a minimum $20 order is available to the following areas in WI: Madison, Monona, Fitchburg, Verona, Middleton, New Glarus, Monticello, and Monroe. You can always pick up if you would prefer. Just let us know! 

Returns:  Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returned merchandise.  If you have received a defective or incorrect item, please let us know as soon as possible and, and we will gladly correct our error.  We strive to have repeat customers!

 

Sales tax:  5.5% sales tax is added to orders in the state of WI

 

Information on VS merchandise:  All of our VS lingerie items are brand new overstock items. No second hands, customer returns, or irregular items.  Factory over-runs are created when a company produces too many of a particular color, style or size. The manufacturer then wholesales these items out. We purchase them from there in bulk quantities, so that we can sell the same exact items for a fraction of the regular retail price. The manufacturer's labels have been cut to prevent store returns, but the size and care labels remain intact.  Once you try these items, you will never pay retail again.  If you haven’t figured out who this “famous maker” is, email us and we will gladly share the “secret”.
